Review: E-PRANCE Juice Extractor

eprance-juicer

I was sent this juice extractor by E-PRANCE for free for a review.

I really like using this thing. The juice extractor comes in a nice brown box with a simple label and is wrapped well in mini bubble wrap so it won’t be damaged in transit. There are no instructions supplied, but with this thing you really don’t need any.

Now, the first thing you’ll notice when you take the juice extractor out of its box is just how heavy it is. It really is a weighty product, but this extra heavy weight really is the key to making this thing work and work efficiently. I’ve hated the traditional manual juice extractors for a long time. I never enjoy twisting and turning a lemon or orange on that thing, it just hurts my hands and my wrists start to suffer too. But all you need with this juice extractor is a firm grip.

You place your fruit of choice in between the two curved parts, the one on the bottom having the holes the juice will fall through and then just press the two parts together as tightly as you can. You can turn your squeezed fruit around and around and re-squeeze, especially if it is one with hard skin like a lemon or orange, to get the most out of the fruit.

The great thing about this juicer for me is that with just one initial tightening grip, almost all the juice has been taken out of the fruit (the weight of the juicer probably helping a lot with this). Unlike those twisting juice extractors it only took a few seconds, and even though you do need a tight grip, and the more you squeeze it together, the better your result, it really wasn’t that hard and it actually made manual juicing fun for me – which is a first!🙂

I’d recommend this juice extractor to anyone who wants a manual one and is fed up of those traditional twisting ones. This is far better and its price tag isn’t bad either, considering the quality you get. I’d really recommend this.
